I have done 1 round of Turbo Fire, 1 hybrid of Turbo Fire with Chalean Extreme and now am working on Chalean Extreme with some Fire in my schedule. Not losing any inches right now and wondering if I am overdoing the cardio in my routine. I usually try to do it 4 days a week and strength train 3. I am going to try to peel my self away from the cardio for the weekend to let my body rest and see if that will help. I have an addiction to Fire. Love the feeling after I’m done! If anyone has any suggestions. I would love to hear them!
